Just sit at the outside tables of just about any cafe in Kuta (especially Kuta Square) and you'll be harrassed by locals that will be happy to extract your hard-earned for a bottle of it.
I don't rate it that highly.
Just get some Tiger Balm which is readily available just about anywhere, even in Oz.
Fantastic stuff and works real good.
