On the box it said it was good for sore muscles etc. It reminds me of vicks, so have come down with a cold, so I rub it on my chest, and my coughing subsides, and used it on my neck when my glads were up.
For 80 cents it could be mind over matter. However in Bali it stopped the itchyness and took the swelling down of my mozzie bites that all swell up on me.
It's a little green glass container called Balsem Lang.
