I saw size 8's that were just too big for us. As for the going rate, honestly, I am not the person to ask!!! You need to ask someone with some skill at bargaining, I am sure I walk away from every store with the shopkeeper rubbing his/her hands behind me in glee!! haha.
I paid about $15 for each bag. Now everyone can laugh and tell me how much I really should have paid! :)
