We visited Surf Factory Outlets late Jan/Feb and picked up some great winter jackets/jumpers. Kids and Adults between $20 - $35 at the Billabong outlet. They have so much stock cheap and some not so cheap (Aus prices)as long as you know your prices in Aus beforehand.
Looked at Rip Curl, Hurley however didnt find any bargains.
