The surf factory outlet is on the bypass road - you can't miss it and most taxi drivers will know where it is.
I found brand names to be a little cheaper in the surf shops around bali - but the best bargains are found in the sale area of the shops and also the surf factory outlet. Got a great hoodie last year for 150,000 rp!
