I have shopped with Ketut for many years and have always found her to have a good range and have always found her and her staff to be very helpful. I can't help but feel you are confusing your "lack of service" to be tht she is not pushy, if you want something just ask, they will help you. I personally would rather ask than be nagged like some other shops!
