How big an event is the Kuta Karnival? None of the websites are too current to give any idea of what happens. Is it worth being in town at that time?
I understand that it is Sept 29-Oct3 this year. We'll be in country but don't know if we should be in Kuta at that time. Any, and all, info is appreciated.
