My wife just returned from Bali last week and she walked out of there. Has been going there since 2006 and there was no service from any of her helpers or from Ketut herself. If you wanted something she just pointed and said over there.Her back room was also disorganized and couldn't find the sizes she wanted. I hope she hasn't got complacent as she now knows people will rock up regardless, shame really. There were no other people there when my wife arrived so it wasn't as though she was busy.
