I also believe that only Permata Bank allows this amount. This is mainly because the the highest denomination note in Indonesia is the equivalent of 6 or 7 quid. ATM's can only physically hold so many notes so the daily limits need to be reduced. Otherwise the machines will often be empty, which by the way, happens often with Permata bank ATM's.
