I was on a flight 3 years ago that was delayed and didn't clear customs till after midnight. All the money changers inside the airport had closed by then but I was fortunate that I still had Indonesian currency left over from my previous trip which I was able to use for a taxi. So I recommend having some Indonesian money onhand when you arrive just in case.
