my mum had a pair made in Feb. she took a new pair of sunglasses from Australia and got prescription lenses fitted. they "read" her current reading glasses to obtain her prescription details.
we found him on the beach in kuta. mum thought about it & took his card. she called him a few days later & he met us at our hotel in Sanur. they only took 4 hours and they were brought back to the hotel that afternoon. apparently they can take a few days if the lenses are "difficult" but hers were multi focal & only took the 4 hours.
from memory they cost 700,000Rp or $70Au. around that price range anyway. I still have his card.. details are..
"opticient specialist" Ajies-salesperson. 081 999 131 552
hope that helps! next time I'm going to get a pair made up too :)
