We looked at Villa Diana while we where there for Xmas 2010 for a group of 20 for next week. We found that there are no shops, restaurants or Circle K right on the doorstep and it would take about 15mins to walk back to the intersection of Double Six and Legian, from there you would still have a 10min walk to the beachfront, so from our perspective it was too far from everything. If it's just a couple of people and you are happy to ride a scooter then everything really isnt that far away. We also thought that we wouldnt be happy with the standard of accomodation offered but then we can be a little fussy these days as we generally stay in luxury villas when it's 4-6 of us going.....lol We are now staying at Kuta Townhouses which is in a gang between Poppies I and II. These look fine for our needs this time and are certainly close to EVERYTHING. Cheers Sharon
