Good seafood you choose yourself. Strawberry warung is good. No views but very cheap seafood.
I wouldn't bother with Jimbaran restaurants - very expensive, out of the way so you need a driver & the same view as cheaper beach-side restaurants in Legian.
For good quality Balinese food ask the staff at your hotel where they eat - wherever there is a hotel there are several warungs serving the hotel workers. Often THE best food you'll find.
