As I also said, when I used to go there, they were the percentages at the time and yes around 18kt / 70% was available for certain items
(Still have the various tags/labels showing 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 89%, 22kt)
Agree have not ever seen 9kt (don't like it anyway) in Denpasar
I buy pieces I like whether they be 22kt (which I prefer)or an "inferior" kt like 20kt :)
24kt is too soft..
