Went to the Rock Bar a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. Cocktails were 140,000rp ++ (approx $18 AUS) but worth every penny as a special treat.
I must stress that you need to leave Legain no later than 4.00pm to ensure you get in. We got there about 5.15pm and there was a line-up to get down. We were just lucky our friends got there earlier and had managed to get a lounge. Hotel guests get priority and some people coming back up said they had waited an hour to get a table and drink.
Taxi from seminyak approx 80,000rp (less than $10) and took about 30-40mins in 'sunset' traffic.
