will be there on the 17th May and confirmed with agent today, renno's are still taking place, old cottages coming down and 3 storey deluxe room are being built. i figure its a great location and a more than reasonable price, suck it up and enjoy it, it will be far more enjoyable than winging for your whole trip. i have stayed a much better places that have the worst smelling bathrooms or the toilet above my room leaking while on the throne. how bad can it be, really - see my post when i return good luck.
