loved it, we swam there when visiting and it looked fine for the price, old but great. Free wifi. A lot of people recommend Respati, nice gardens. Both very close to each other well located to restaurants and both on the beach. Did not see the other 2 you mentioned.
Always a hard decision. But depends what your looking for. I think respati had chairs on the beach, villa shanti didn't. But pools located where you can sit by the pool and look at the beach anyway.
What ever choice you make I'm sure you will be happy
