Surely if the offer is made in the right spirit it is up to the person approached to either accept or not without any offence intended or accepted??
If this attitude was adopted by the many people who mean well towards the needy, it may well reduce the amount of genuine and meaningful donation work that people are prepared to do.
Where else and who else???
Many many places and many many people.....thank God.
Forget the one or two who may be offended and think of the hundreds who are not.
