refrigerate and the Indonesian brand recommends 2-25C. The suggestion to keep cold is recent and I used it for years out of fridge including two years in Java with temperatures regularly 34-36C without any difference in effect. I have never seen any evidence for the change and veterinary brands do not recommend cold storage.
You should be fine but you pays your money and you takes your chances.
