Very basic accommodation at the 2 star end of the spectrum.
If you are used to this level it should be OK.
Small pool, and very basic breakfast, but well enough located in a small lane very close to Poppies one and Legian St.
Not sure about current rates but sure to be around 250k mark I would think.
