One thing I would suggest that maybe you haven't thought of is a ceramic on stand that holds 5 gallon/19 litre water bottle. It's much better & cheaper to have than lots of smaller 1 litre bottles. You can also gets ones that plug in so the water is hot & cold, but check what wattage there is to the villa first before you start having lots of things plugged in.
