check what wattage of electricity you have in the villa
Nothing is worse than renting a place and the electric keeps tripping out everytime you turn an appliance on

eg a couple of airconditioners, microwave, tv's, lights, fridge, rice cooker, water cooler, pool filter(if have pool)water pumps, blender use quite a lot.

As for your kitchen it's up to you..depends on your type of villa in a way
Is it luxurious or fairly basic
How big is the kitchen..do you have the bench space for lots of stuff, how much cash do you have to spare to buy the items..
Do you have cupboard space or need to buy a freestanding unit for dishes etc?

You could also look at other villa websites to see what they have on offer
Everyone is different..some like a fully stocked western type kitchen & others prefer more local basic kitchens (like me :)
