You should be able to find beetroot at Bali Deli on Jl. Kunti Seminyak if Carrefour doesn't stock it. It was certainly available there when I lived in Bali. You will also find the best quality mince at Bali Deli - and probably not much more expensive than the inferior stuff sold at Carrefour.
