to see and do in Sanur really, which should be the whole point of going there.
Laze around around your hotel pool, walk (or bike) along the beach promenade, stroll along the main drag popping into the many shops and boutiques, have a leisurely lunch in one of the many beachfront cafes/bars/restaurants, go to the Sanur Beach markets or take in a beachside massage.
No real sights to speak of and no shopping centres.
The attraction of Sanur is it's easy pace.
and if you want 'action', Kuta's less than 30 minutes away.
