When I asked about helium for my wifes birthday she did say that it was a bit expensive, but I have no idea how much. I had 120 done, but I don't think the cost was that great. I think they came to the villa and inflated them. I can't imagine a little Balines lady riding a bike holding 120 pink & white ballloons. However anthing is possible.
