It is in quiet position at end of short gang, nxt door to Niksomma entrance. (some say it's owned by Niksomma but I am not sure).
Rates were much more expensive than Puri Raja's at that timed.
It is very recently refurbished so is all very fresh - rooms much same size etc as any hotel (puri raja etc) - from memory they didn't do twin beds in March but that may have changed.
