We don't want all the Kuta riff raff coming over and 'boganising' the place.
We gave up on the Kuta/Legian side years ago, and now only do Sanur/Ubud when we come to Bali. Much more civilised and easy going.
If you think Sanur's nice and relaxing, you should be up in Ubud when all the tour buses leave for the day.
I'm guessing you're 40ish, that's when most people make the switch.
