After reading your report I've switched to hyperdrive.
You see our first few nights (in 2 weeks time!) will be spent in a villa, in a gang off of Drupadi also and I'm so glad you enjoyed La Sal so much as I have had my sights set on that for more than one sitting as it's veeery close by. Chicken croquettes and sangria here I come!
Have jotted down a couple of your other suggestions also but unfortunately unless La Plancha has an alternative form of seating other than bean bags we may have to give it a miss. The days of me getting out of a beanbag with any form of grace have gone I'm afraid!
