I think Bali Jaya would be the cheapest place to buy alcohol here in Bali. They are located on Jl Raya Kuta, not far from Bemo Corner. I'm sure they would have all the appropriate stickers. The law is a lot stricter here now with alcohol. That's why the prices are higher. No more black market alcohol getting through.
