Check out St Regis in Nusa Dua or Grand Hyatt. We have been going for 20 years and our all time favourite is The Luguna Resort and Spa at Nusa Dua - book the lagoon access rooms. They don't have a club but everything is included, free high afternoon tea, butler service, etc, etc.
