for non-Balinese people. Local people have local knowledge and it would great to have some of that shared here on BTF. With regards to plugging their services though, if they are up front and not trying to trick people then I think there would be many people who would be happy to talk business off-forum. A lot of business promotion happens here but it seems that some are supported and others are flamed and, for the life of me, I can't see what's the difference.
