can make up any menu for you. its only in Tanjung Benoa, so not really all that far from the Nikko or the Melia.
if you wanted a real slap up (expensive) meal, you could always opt for Kayuputi at St Regis. Very decadent. Very pricey. Very worth it.
How about The Conrad? right on the beach and lovely.
