You can buy them in Bali, but I doubt the hotel would appreciate you attaching it to the ceiling of your room, lol.
Don't burn coils indoors - they're for outdoors only. I usually burn them on my veranda/balcony of an evening, and early morning.
Spray is generally sufficient in a sealed room, and you can also buy the 30 day plug in repellents too, which is what I always get.
