We got in late (around midnight) and when they checked us in they appoligised cause they had to put us into a triple room fo rthe first night but said they would move us the next morning due to a booking error. The next morning they put us into a room it must have been in a section where they have meetings and fuctions as it was at the back, and we past a function room. It was a 'suite' but looked like it had not been used in a very long time. Huge room, but very creepy, so I sucked up my pride and asked if we could just go back to the tripple room and my partner and I would just have to bear sleeping on single beds, but they had already put someone into that room. So they moved us into a room that was right at the pool. The room was fine, nothing fancy but comfortable. The whole time the staff where very proffesional and nice, they didnt make it difficult for us to change rooms. Every morning they where very nice, smiles all round. It just depends what you want, we usually stay in 5 star but thought this trip we would do a few nights in something cheap and then mve on to something better, we where actually thinking we where booking into the Lokah (it was an acciedent) but it turn out supprisingly pleasent, a bit noisy but great location, if your not fussy you will love it.
