not used Cintya but I have found that in the last 2 year its been soooo frustrating getting items made. the last one i used was opposite KP and I had to go back 8 times! it was a simple baby doll dress with cross over breast area if you know what i mean and no sleeves. not good for holiday. the guy who measured wasnt the one who made the item. they had the dress...dont understand....oh well!
