dont you hate that when you find somewhere so good and then hear that somebody else has had a bad experience !!! The Borneo Fish was SO flavoursome when i had it !!! They have always only had the one waitress, a tiny young little thing and the owner/cook is Rai ( I think ?)
I will be revisiting when I return in July, hopefully it was just a bad night for you Clovis. I had a similar experience at Chandi last time I went, the visit before was delightful but last time was very ordinary !!
