balibestrate.com/moneychanger you will find the site for Dirgahayu money changers who are a chain of reputable money changers. It shows their shops and locations including one near bemo corner. It also shows the rates and the time the rate is posted. This is the street rate. I have noticed lately that they are a little less frequent in the number of updates each day but nevertheless they are I think the closest to street rate to be found on the internet.
