I don't think for walking around or even motor bike because the equipment is expensive and risk to much They have for self hire cars or if you rent through them you can have GPS but it needs car electric.
They have been very reliable for us and always on time with good baby seats. We always pay before we go but I think you can pay cash to them directly to.
I hope they do a good job for you as they have done for us.
