Kids Birthday Dinner

Hi All,
I am planning a family trip in September, one of the children travelling with us will be turning 5 whilst we are there. We are going to the Safari Park for the day, but would like to take her somewhere fun for a birthday dinner. Does anyone have any suggestions on places to go? Ideally somewhere that we could take along or supply balloons/birthday cake etc.
