There are several places to eat within walking distance. There are a couple out over the water and then there is a resort right next door with a nice restaurant (bit more expensive) and then there is also the restaurant at Coconuts Resort a bit further up the hill. We felt completely safe on the walking track. The roads were a bit rough but there is hardly any traffic around so you can take it easy. Bathroom is indoors. Plunge pool and bale were great. It was hard to get me away from the villa - it was so relaxing looking at that amazing view. Just let me know once your email is open (don't know how to do it either) and I'll send through photos.
