My daughter went to Indonesia at 4 weeks. I had to take a passport photograph of her at 3 days old for her passport and then find someone to sign the passport application form to state that they had known her for 12 months!
She travelled with her mother and stayed with Indonesian families. They washed her under the tap. She did not suffer any health problems.
