I thought so too, never had anything made before so wasn't sure if this was normal or not. I think it was you who previously suggested Bali Brumby, but it seems a few people haven't been too happy there either. Have you had experience with them? I'm currently haggling online with anika's. They asked how much I was wanting to pay so I said I would have expected at least 2 pairs for $50. Guess they think I'm havin a laugh cause they haven't got back to me!
