Yeah certainly I wouldn't recommend flying unnecessarily that soon after a c-section - IMO you need at least 6 weeks minimum to recover as its fairly major surgery plus there are increased risks to consider eg blood clots, wound infections etc etc
Hope all goes well and you still get to Bali sometime this year. We are counting the days (76 to go!)
