I have cut and pasted the below from an email I received from KP after I made inquiries, as our flight doesn't leave till late. Hope this helps. Maybe email them direct and sort something out, they seem willing to help.
"Our check out time is 12.00 noon,,if you will keept the room till 18.00pm would be add.charge 50 % from our room price,Rp. 325.000,-nett after 18.00 will charge full price..
For your luggage we will put at lobby ,keept by bellboy.."
