I have just helped a friend organize her wedding. It is in July and they are having it in the grounds of the Anantara Hotel - across the road from Gado Gado. We looked at Ku De Ta, La Luciola and Ramada Camakila and this seemed to work out the best both with service, privacy and price. Don't think weddings in Bali are cheap (not to presume) but it is still costing over $100 per person because you have to pay quite a lot for the actually ceremony. Hope this helps a bit. - Also villas are often a good option. Just have to make sure that you organize separately (or probably some villas do help) the actual service.
