kuta puri, MasaInn or Satriya cottages

I am a 25yr old taking a 21yr old on her first trip to Bali so I was looking for something central, and the hotels I cant decide on are:
Kuta puri bungalows
MasaInn
The Niche
and Satriya cottages.
We want something thats clean and has a nice pool with preffereably a pool bar, other than that we are not fussy. Was wondering if anyone has stayed at either and can put there two cents in or recommend one over the other?
