I use it after recommendation from a friend and use the shampoo, conditioner and the oil. Some people just use the oil.
I have dry, naturally curly hair. It really re-hydrates my hair and makes it more manageable. Only need a small amount of any of the products so it goes a long way, just pretty expensive in Oz!
