I haven't actually stayed at KBC but I went there a few times in January as my friend was staying there.
They have 2 pools. One is smaller than the other, and has a kiddy pool attached to it. The other one (which is getting renovated at the moment) is much bigger and has a swim up poolbar. The times that I was there there were plenty of free pool loungers. The pools are actually bigger than they appear on internet.
She had a standard room - the room was clean but fairly basic - satalite TV, fridge/or minibar, aircon - no tea & coffee making facilities but she either takes or buys a kettle. Nice big balcony/terrace. Staff are lovely, the food that I had was good and reasonable price.
