2 years ago I was talked into using Mentari instead of Simpati and found it fine for calls and sms in Bali also sms to Oz but had huge problems ringing OZ on their cheap no. In the end I had to get a Simpati card.Leaving for Bali on Mother's Day and we have 30days there so I hope Simpati are still doing the cheap calls to OZ.
