that excellent idea of yours Ron, I'm thinking if we upgraded to 750ml bottles, that would give the upper arms more of a workout eh?...and why stop at laps?...we could throw an SBV cleaning girl over our shoulder and bolt around the Tree of Knowledge a few times just to finish off the workout nicely.
Hmmm, maybe I could start up Skiggy's Personal Training Services at SBV instead of the cooking school, we could call it the SkigRon Workout.
